Finca La Morera is available for weekly rent throughout the year for up to twelve guests. During the low season it is possible to rent for small numbers and short breaks. The flexible accommodation consists of the principal converted farmhouse with two en-suite bedrooms; double height dining hall; bespoke, fully equipped kitchen; laundry room; drawing room with open fire and terraces; guest cloakroom.

The remaining accommodation is divided between four separate buildings which provide a further four en-suite bedrooms with terraces. In one of these buildings there is also the games room; home cinema; the second kitchen; and a guest shower room.

The rent includes the following: welcome hamper; housekeeping for 6 hours per week; electricity; gas; central heating/hot water; all linen (except cot linen); towels; pool towels; hair dryers; complimentary toiletries; complimentary seasonal organic fruit and vegetables; pool table; football table; table tennis; DVDs; books; games; i-Pod docks; CD players; satellite TV; WiFi broadband; BBQ; ice maker; 3 washing machines; 2 tumble dryers; 2 fridge freezers; 3 fridges; travel cots and high chairs. Two swimming pools (one with solar heating); five acres terraced gardens.

Extras: Catering, additional housekeeping; additional guests; babysitting – can usually be arranged if required, subject to agreement and prior notice.

A wine cellar (bodega) stocked with a selection of interesting Spanish wines, sherries and beer; air conditioning (available in three bedrooms); additional heating/hot water. Costs incurred for the above services are payable direct to the management in Spain.
